Abdullah had to redo some of finish parcours as he missed a secrion
This seems very generous. TCR normal mode would be go back and do it all again!
From Belgiumā¦
Canāt recall his name but heās #232.
Canāt see him on the course so might have just finished.
Matt has taken a longer route than most but I recall he said yesterday that he was sticking to tarmac. Doesnāt appear to have lost many places but difficult to tell.
Congratulations to Matt, finished 44th
Amazing stuff, truly amazing
Brilliant, Matt
Amazing Matt, once again Iāve enjoyed the dot watching!

Just amazing, chapeau x 10.
And now 8 days of Olympics to catch up onā¦.
Amazing work, incredible effort
I finished!!! 40th place so made up a couple of places. Race report to come
It says 44th on the Lost Dot leaderboard ⦠40th is even better!
Is there a v50 category? Presume youāre (considerably ) older than most of those ahead of you?
Well done Matt, finishing once is good (even if officially it didnt count), but to keep motivation up and do it again is something else.
Racing at the pointier end is far more competitive, 30-44th place separates by 8 hours after 12 days racing.
I think 44 includes ladies and doubles. I was 40th male Solo
Top work Mr Spooner
Jut seen this - wow, well done Matt, fantastic effort and result
