Sarah my riding partner put he gym gainz to good use yesterday and sheared her seat post clamp bolt I robbed one off the rear bottle cage till we get to GBurg later.
Sleep has been less than ideal the last few nights for various reasons 
So the lie in this morning didnāt happen. Now to fart around till 10pm

10 pm start is a cruel way to start, nothing but tension/nerves all day then a ride through the night to get the sleep deprivation levels up from the off.
