I’m still traumatised from Adam’s visit

The mind games continue! That’s just playing dirty mentioning things like that :scream:

As long you don’t smell like a boillie, you’ll be fine

I’m carb loading with a quick lunchtime ice cream on the beach with the youngest.

I am planning to take a jog over (achilles woes permitted ) to spectate (and heckle ) the run. Will look out for you (think I can recognise you from your pictures) and sowler.

Fresh fade

That’s 3.4km of walking clocked up already

I had mine trimmed yesterday, £12 (cash only , it’s one of the few occasions now where I still need it). I’m guessing when you spend £92 on a candle you probably spent more than I did?! :joy:

Most people know me for my accent now

Nice. I’m assuming I can rock up and park in the race car park?

I didn’t spend £92 on a candle in the end :see_no_evil:
I bought my wife some Sporty & Rich athleisure instead.

Anyway…it was £23, place I usually go that’s £18 was fully booked.

Is she going to ‘model’ it… :kissing:

I really don’t miss paying £20 quid and queueing in the barbers for a haircut anymore! Its just whichever mate is about, clippers, no guard, shave the sides. Job done.

Might be a bit tricky getting in there unless you are arriving early? If you come in from the Cirencester (north) side of the lake you would miss most of the race traffic.

You can park in the Neigh Bridge car park which is on the run route and only about a 15min walk to the finish at lake 32.

They have specified a spectator and overflow car park to the south of the lake - £5 cash:

Neigh Bridge might be closed as it is on the route?
But on-road parking in Somerford Keynes should be manageable unless everyone tries it.

Great, thanks both

The :tiger: has landed .

Didn’t expect to have put the full “French” sunshade malarkey up at Costa del Cirencester :sun_with_face::sunflower:

Smallest caravan, largest footprint

Is that you for the weekend, or are you moving closer on Sat?

Apparently it’s 30 miles away & I don’t really like the man, so unless we need a rainy day trip :no_good_man:
