Probably going to miss Wednesday’s race now I’m afraid. Managed to get into the physio and I’ll need to set off a bit earlier as it’s about 30 minutes away.

Enjoyed that. I was telling myself that I would just cruise through the ‘8 minute free ride’ as those two five minute ftp efforts would be a good enough workout.
Built up to 310 avg, probably could have gone harder but didn’t want to run out of gas half way through!

Just the segment rides (mainly a Z2 ride with proper efforts on certain KoM/sprints)

I was saving drops for level 37 but just bought the S-Works Venge and will bust it out on Wed with the Super9/808 combo.
That’s the quickest combo on flat/rolling anyway isn’t it?
