I cannot sprint IRL and my trainer is wheel on and starts slipping at around 600W.
I can get about 800W max out of it.
It also lifts off the floor.
A club mate is selling a Kickr v5 for £750…might see what Santa says.

You surge too much. You need to back your power off before you hit the front of the group…otherwise the group comes past as speed, you have no draft and you shoot back, then your upping power to get back in.
Watching you was like a game of tennis going back and forth
Considering I did 3 races on that course last week, in a massive silly fast field - inc a very short TT - now sure how the hell I got PBs for the full route, 5 laps, and my 2nd ever top of climb to finish (when I didnt even sprint). Pace was silly
