Two laps but 3x kick up.
My experience of cat A ZRL… Surviving the flat will be hard enough ![]()
Ooh livestream
That looked relatively sedate… till 1.6k to go ![]()
The B race was lovely. A little kick at the start of lap 2 and then a mass sprint.
That’s enough for today. Meeting mates down the pub shortly!
Yes I was in there until about that point!
309 pts FFS, complete waste of time. I blame YOU @mw22 ![]()
Even the bloke with a ranking of 58 managed to improve, what you messing about at ![]()
Anyone looking for C cat ZRL team? We’re a couple of riders short this season.
EMEA N - we’re division 2 after getting promoted last time
You’re no way a C!
I most certainly am right now. Eating too much and riding too little means I’m around 3w/kg at most. Trying to ride/race regularly on Zwift to see if I can make some quick improvements.
Last season I was maybe 3.3-3.4 but ZRL races are surgey and so I never seemed to go over limits.
Serious question - if you start the season with a “C” team and everyone races and trains hard, do you not run the risk that everyone will get stronger and be pushed up into B?
I can see that B to A is hard, but C to B doesn’t look like that much of a jump for a decent rider.
Anyone interested in a TTT tonight? Think I’ve worked out how to sign us up. IIRC frappe class?
Alot of C’s and Bs are generally pretty safe, esp the non lightweights as the actual power can be fairly substantial to get them to move up.
Lighter ones more at risk (in my boss opinion).
potentially if it was >7.30
Yeah frappe -tho they just reallocate. Frappe usually gave us decent competition to ride against.
I just mullered myself at lunch, so I’m out.
What time? I’m planning on doing a Zwift but late exercise kills my sleep
ditto
Dont let them make you a cat B before season starts @Jgav ![]()
I could scrape on at 7:30, @fruit_thief
Up for it here
