We hit the cheese pretty heavily yesterday. My in laws came round bearing a box full of cheddar, stilton, camembert, this hard smoked one, and different sorts of crackers. We troughed the lot while watching the movie Annie. Dread to think of the calories and cholesterol.

Annie by the way- not ok. So many safeguarding issues.

Collected our Xmas cheese yesterday - all Welsh - Perl Las, Perl Wen and Gorwydd Caerphilly, and collecting the venison loin today.

Every year we order cheese, salami and wine from a place called Fattoria la Vialla, not sure if they deliver to Britain though  But their fennel salami, pecorino and chianti will be fuelling the next few days of gluttony :yum:

Just done a last food shop before the shops close for ONE SINGLE DAY!!
Bought a bit of fruit and veg to offset all the bad stuff, gonna have to take it easy today and parkrun tomorrow to justify what has been timetabled as 36 hours non stop gluttony from mid Xmas Day through to the end of Boxing Day.

Precisely that at the mo as well. Bread baked at the mill where I’m one of the millers (might be flour I milled) using wheat grown 4 miles away. Fab bread.
