Wetsuit lube

‘Cos I rarely buy new :woman_shrugging:t4:

At £570 for their top of the range custom suit, I fail to see why people who spend that amount would buy anything else???

I know; it’s a mystery tbh.

I know about them because they were very popular on the 90s down in the SW (Cornish company) and they sponsored UK Pros back then (Glenn Cook, Spencer Smith, Robin Brew etc) so they were highly esteemed. But now Tri has hit the mainstream, the market has been swamped by loads of brands made in the Far East…marketing init.

People talk about Brexit, then don’t buy gold standard UK made products that cost the same as foreign made high-end stuff :man_shrugging:

Wrists are OK for me, but calves & ankles are my problem so I tend to lube up my ankles, my calves & the external calf section of my wetsuit.

I don’t get on with body glide, never have. I use a spray on thing called “tri slide.” I find it works great for me.

It’s a personal thing. Never could get on with roll on deodorants, can’t get on with roll on lube.

ETA fat lad anti-chafing advice counts double! More skin innit.
