Yoghurt. A place to talk about it

Seeing as it has been excluded from the “boast about your purchases” thread.

I’m just off to the shop & am planning to come back with 1kg of natural full fat :yum:

Serve up with honey or apricot jam.

It’s good for itches too I hear.

  1. Got to be authentic greek
  2. Got to be full fat
  3. Ideally the FAGE brand
  4. Eat with a spoonful of lemon curd at the bottom of the bowl, the greek yogurt/small bit of lemon curd combo on the spoon is a flavour explosion.

Thank me later.

I went to Greece a few years ago and thought, lets get some real yoghurt. Imagine my disappointment when it was the same FAGE I buy at Tescooeees

I got the munchies last night while watching telly - no cake in the house so have some Greek style Oatly with a handful of granola and raisins thrown in

Top drawer

It is, started in Athens. I have no brand loyalty on this.

I often eat it for breakfast with nuts, berries and sometimes muesli. If I am training a lot I will mix in some vanilla whey protein with the yoghurt first.
