Interesting enough, but not understanding the difference between a coaching philosophy and methodology is worrying…i will overlook the point about running form…

Same for anything along the lines of “I was shocked…”

I don’t think at any point in the video they say zone 2 is a waste of time as per the title. There’s probably nothing you don’t know but some points made quite well, it’s worth 20 mins or so of your time to watch the interview.

The title is disappointing stuff from CGN, this is not their usual approach. I’ll be wary of opening things from them now, when I wasn’t before.

Everyone is doing it now, appeals to the newer generations. I don’t get what was wrong with the old ways of presenting information.
