Why make 3 teams when we dont have 2 full teams? If you dont think you can go the distance, do your bit for the team by smashing yourself at the front for as long as you can at the start then peel off & make your own way to the finish. Thats the idea of the TTT. All being well the week after you can go a little further.

Yeah Iām with you. Strength is in numbers.
The more in the team, the bigger the draft, easier to sit in.
Worth a read, esp for bike choice for lower level riders.

Agreed. 2 full teams would be fab.
How many do you need in a team?
Surely you canāt go further back than last anyway?
A couple of ātanksā to pull for the first 5km would make sense depending on how many finishers youāre judged on.

Just jump in and give it a go!
I ride with a mixed ability group. We have a couple of monsters up front who are far better than rest of us so we just cling on as best can and contribute every now and then. Theyāre great lads and the type 2 fun is shared out equally
All get a great work out and youāll get stronger week by week.
As @mw22 says the more of you, the better the draft and less you will have to put out to hold on at the back.
