Except for the treadmill “we start at 20kph…”, okay…nice technique getting on and off though 
Reminds me of the Rollapaluza type cycling events for sheer pain and vomit-inducing likelihood. For best effect, I would just say wear an epic fancy-dress costume - if you are cunning in your choice it won’t actually slow you down much so if you win or even come close to others times you will cast shade on them, and if you are not so great you will come across as a winner for not taking it too seriously.

I’ll give this a miss 
. Had a crash on the treadmill last week, ambition & confidence outweighed my talent. Smacked my good knee & sliced the belt with the prosthetic. Lanyard still connected, holding on for dear life. Would have made a fab Tik Tik vid.

That’s always been my terror on the treadmill, I have a habit of getting too close to the front and just catching the panel that the belt comes out on.

Still functions but the resell value has plummeted. Not too concerned about the treadmill, likely to get a few more war wounds still. Not been back on yet though my knee took a pretty good wack, maybe tonight.
