Looking like a 2hr6min bike leg for me, I’d say I’d be far more likely to be in the 2:10-2:15 range, due to being out of shape and unable to hold an aero position for any longer than 6 minutes at the moment

And that is an absolute best case scenario - any gravel or descents with more than a 20 degree bend and I’m descending at 20kmh
about 4 minutes for transitions and 1hr 40mins on the mountain.
so about 4hrs 20mins - gives me a nice clock to watch…
