How is everyone doing?

Feel like Im “back in the game” with one session down, Im eyeballing that New Year’s Day target and thinking “maybe gaining 3kg in the last five weeks wasnt a great move!” :grin:

Pretty much the same. Ran a 6km on Mon at 4.44 pace, there is more to give engine wise but the chassis is ‘over engineered’ right now. :disappointed:

I’ve been doing some solid running, few longer efforts and intervals.

Little 5k work, however, and all my running has been on the treadmill or hilly courses (one literally has no flat).

Very much tempted, still question marks about the hangover.

I was going to do an attempt on Tuesday, followed by an attempt around New Year/January to try pb in that one. Then my girlfriend went and got the 'rona so I’m sat inside our box of a flat for 2 weeks going to the kitchen every 20 minutes instead.

Thanks, should have added that yes she’s safe and well most importantly. Typical viral illness, tired, aches and feels grotty, dry cough but nothing that would make her worry if didn’t have a name and potential to propagate the pandemic

Hope she recovers soon, sounds very similar symptoms to my sister.

Can you do shuttle runs to the kitchen and back :thinking:

I’ve worked on a covid ward for the last 3 weeks, obviously I’m getting blamed for giving it to her despite me having had a negative test :joy:
