80.28kg in March, currently extremely annoyed with myself to be 87.54kg this morning, although it was worse than that, being back in the office has really not helped me at all, need to get back on it
Since Monday been back on 16:8 and cut a lot of the processed stuff I was eating, bread was always wholemeal but I’ve gone without but my biggest downfall was biscuits and chips (crisps), also binned the Coke Zero.
Still chomping into the fruit and some nuts but drinking more water. Putting this out here to make myself accountable.
I’ve been like that for most of this year in the 87-89 range. One thing is clear, as you get older, exercise means less and less when it comes to weight management.
67.8, similar to @tunster , slowly moving away from that Summer/Autumn 66 that I seemed to hold for months.
Psychologically, I’m feeling that there’s a subconscious process going here on to fatten me up and prepare me for a harsh Scottish Winter, oh, and maybe the temple wants a bit more protection from those 1/2 hour Loch swims
I’m 177cm. (for years I thought I was 178, so I’m even fatter than first thought!)
I always thought the ’ slow metabolism’ excuse was absolute BS (and still might be) but everything post 55yrs is just bloody harder, including my own discipline.
