Weighed myself today, and was shocked at how much difference (perhaps pretty obviously) my clothes made! My scales are just dumped in a cupboard in the kitchen, as ithey’re not used by anyone regularly.
But when i took my big hoody and my phone out of my pocket, it dropped 0.9kgs! Had i taken my bulky cargo style shorts off, it probably would’ve knocked another 400g at least i’d guess. Had never really thought about that before!
Anyway, shorts on, hoody off and i got a 72.4kg. So i’d say a 72 would be pretty accurate. Obvs this can change throughout the day.
Time to get Zwift updated again … not that i’ve been on in over a week! haha. 60/70km odd of running in the last 8/9 days will have helped as well.
First post here this year. Even though my weight did go up in November (Post IM portugal cancellation food bing) I managed to avoid the Christmas weight increase. It seems strange to me that in the past I really struggled to get weight below 72kg, now this is my upper limit. Jan and Feb weight loss due to cutting chocolate, beer and trying vegan diet
