Still tracking calories and making conscious snacking decisions rather than just eating it for the hell of it!

70.3 - annoyed with weekend shennanigans, about 5 hours of cardio and still added to the Kg counter!

Sun - Wed no alcohol and no shit food, also no carbs lunchtime Mon to Wed and no eve meal Mon and Wed should enable a sub 70 by the middle of this week.

Down to 95.5 from 97.5 at the start of Jan.

Second week at 100.x (191cms for those who care about these things), which is frustrating, as thought I’d had a good week.

Still from an all time high of 107.8 at the start of Jan it’s good progress

Not recording diet this week, and it’s a recovery week.

Don’t normally go for mid-month weigh ins.

But I knew the last week of January was rough for my February weigh in.

06/02/21
12st 7.6lbs / 79.7kg
5’ 7" / 1.7m

Which equals 2 stone lost since 01/01/19, plus sub 80kg in new money. :sunglasses:

Cheers, Paul.

PS
Unfortunately, I know the Superbowl tomorrow night will be a step backwards.
But (hopefully) plenty of time to recover from that before the March weigh in.

65.9KG and 179cm. The lightest I have been pre race season. The challenge will be to maintain this into summer.

80kg. Up this week due to lack of exercise and seriously pigging out😬

70 which is actually not as good as last Thusday’s 68.8, but after only about 4 hours cardio since then and lots of shit food and alcohol, I think I did jolly well, in fact I say chapeau to myself if I may?

A tough week ahead, the pre and post birthday weeks are taditionally steeped in unhealthy living - celebrating the fact I guess that I will be very lucky to get to 57, unlike many :frowning: . I am always very grateful of that fact.

So, an interesting 2 weeks beckons, how wonderful it would be if I come out the other end with a sub 69, who knows, even dreaming for a sub 68!

Haven’t done any training since Wednesday before last so put on 0.5kg, now 99.7kg.
Still below 100kg which is something, it’s a bit of a psychological blow to go back above again.

83kg on the dot, progress is slowing but still down almost a kg last week

Good to hit the single digit milestone, even if progress has slowed. Still heading in the right direction though
