Got pretty much the time I was aiming for - was with him for a while on the bike, too - he had the same kit on as I did :rofl::see_no_evil:

Also in M35-39 is Steve Clarke (might know Doka, too?) who I used to have some great races against, but then he got REALLY good (went sub-9) :see_no_evil:

Just chatting to him on our whassap group, Doka on here is his mate I think, Adam has slowed a touch but hopefully that was the hill to the castleā€¦?!

Sean says heā€™s going to give it death on the bike next Sunday, jogā€¦ possibly not complete the runā€¦ expensive training day.

Focused on Kona if there allowed.

I did not run for dough!!

Proper sufferfest. The heat hit me at 3km and I knew I was fucked - a proper sufferfest and didnā€™t cope well with it - proper death march at times

Iā€™ll write a proper post once Iā€™ve had a sit down

4:57, 6th AG and solid across all 3 for me, pleased to knock out a scorchio 1:38 run.

Nice to chat to Adam after, a good day, fun event.
