Keith does work for Argon (or their UK distributor) which helps, think Neil has got one now as well.

I have a local 10k tomorrow. Was worried about the heat.
Popped into Stafford earlier, completely forgot the Ironman was on!

That lake is gonna be 22.9 degrees tomorrow morning (ie, 0.1 degree cooler than a non-wetsuit swim)

Another lad I know is going well in M55.
The run splits look slow but I think there’s a cheeky hill on it?

Sean Burke … went well at Bolton is at Outlaw next week now, reckons his mate Ben fairclough ?will run sub 1:20 even in this…?!

Reckon he’s on for about 4:45 overall, currently 10th in his A\G.
Chris was about 17 minutes back, so could sneak around 5.
Great performances if it’s as warm there.
