Cuts both ways, I expect Jeff managed to gain 15 minutes in the swim by stealing a march on the other athletes and starting while they were still putting their wetsuits on

Slowing down a tad it looks like. Bike is a direct, straight line out and back so I’m guessing that’s head/tail wind.

Oh wow, this is agonisingly tight to break 5h if the run predictor is to be believed. I think the predicted 1h39 run gets him across the line with mere seconds to spare. Early days though obvs.
