Stalled at 80 kg for a few weeks, I’m probably the only one trying to put weight on!

I must have missed it, are you building bulk?
65.5kg and 3KG lighter than I was the last time raced a duathlon. Just under 3 weeks until the British champs so I have to try and maintain this level until then
81.6kg, poor choices all weekend
Just training for fun, a few daft gym challenges and possibly a long row/ swim.
Doing quite a bit of squatting too.
Lost my love of tri over the last 6 months or so.
It might return, it might not… more importantly how’s the new leg?
Height = 5’ 7” / 1.7m
01/03/22 – 13st 1.2lbs / 83.1 Kg – BF 28.2%
Lost = 0.8lbs / 0.4kg
Not much to report, but I’ll take it.
Especially, given the complete collapse in my resistance to crisps and chocolate in February after being really good in January.
It appears I just can’t do moderation, so will try ‘no crap at home’ for March.
Cheers, Paul.
Same here. However, Lent starts tomorrow so I am off crisps and chocolate and beer from tomorrow.

Your body must have changed quite a bit - have you gained over 10kgs?
You must look hench with all the work you put in with the gym!
73.8kg
Seem to be going backwards
Need to cut out the crisps and choc - suspect wine not helping either
Nearly 11 now…!
People are starting to notice more now.
M fitness / cardio is Shite, and that’s being nice to myself
Power… single shots in boxing, lifting, 500 m rows, 2-3 min bike power has drastically improved.
Just nature I guess, I’m fattter but not much.
First run and swim will be a total shock !
78.5Kg
Have decided to try a gluten & dairy free diet this month, so this will be the starting weigh in. My sister in law has gone gluten & dairy free after having a baby 14 months ago as baby is intolerant (and she is breast feeding), and said weight has dropped off, so the wife & I thought we’d give it a go.
Think we just have to avoid using too many of the gluten free alternatives, did have a sticky toffee pudding last night and it was 400 calories and probably cost £400 too!
I’m trying to decide a Lent diet. Not sure what to cut out - everything probably. Eat lentils and spinach, water only.
We’ve decided to avoid crisps and biscuits. This is going to be tough!
Could I do no sugar or beer?
Mrs FT cooked lentil dahl on Monday night, I have visited the about 15 times since so probably highly recommended if weight loss is the aim
Lent for 2022 …
Bread
Dark Chocolate, this will be the toughest as I eat a full bar of 85% Green & Blacks or Lindt daily, it even goes into the bottom of breakfast porridge bowl.
Guiness 0% and Becks Blue.
No flat white coffee’s, americano only.
Breakfast time moved to midday if I’m not travelling.
Not looking to lose any weight just want to reset some bad habits.
I’ve gone for no sugar.
78.05Kg after one week of no gluten or dairy (down about .5Kg from last week).
Had a slight hiccup on Saturday after parkrun, treated myself to a gluten free slice of chocolate cake after parkun… completely forgetting the dairy, opps! Bit silly seeing as I had ordered oat milk for my flat white to go with it!
At the start of the week there was very little snacking, but towards the end I’d started to fill the cupboards with stuff I could snack on
87.2. Lost my way again
