I dropped 0.1 down on the BMI scale overnight. I’m now 27.0. (until tomorrow when it shoots up again!)
80.7kg today. Downward trend continues
Midnight feast last night. Couldn’t sleep, went downstairs and shovelled in another plate of pasta veg bake and three slices of bread and PB.
Woke up hungry and thirsty at 6 as well 
I find this on 16:8. I’m hungrier at 10.30 if I have breakfast at 7.30 than if I don’t. It seems to open my greedy floodgate!
I’ve been trying and failing to not eat after 18:30 - but it is just a biscuit or similar
Not sure I could handle a pasta bake at midnight!
In Sainsbury’s last night for some celery and new scissors.
Quality Street tubs were down from £8 to £2.50.

76.6Kg this morning. Did a bit of a double take and then remembered I gave blood last night. But I’d also done some late night binge eating, eating over half a loaf of olive bread since around 10PM 
Goal weight of 76Kg definitely needs to be shifted, so lets officially put that at 74Kg now and see how it goes.

I’m dozing off by 2130 and am in bed by 2200 (although more awake as the bathroom is always bloody freezing!)
Fell off the wagon a bit today and yesterday. Too much going on the last few days and I went into ‘fallback junk’ mode.
Scales won’t be kind tomorrow but I will attempt to draw a line under it and focus again.

80.54kg today, the downward trend continues. This will likely be up on Monday, my will power tends to go AWOL at the weekend…
Just pulling together a Gousto inspired lamb and mint meatloaf, with rosemary potatoes and a red currant gravy…. smells good!
70.5 average this week and really noticed that extra Christmas 5 kg on my radar station run yesterday, a puffin’ and a pantin’.
OK, Christmas holiday fun and play over, had chat with myself.
Weekly averages I think are probably better for me than the fluctuation that can happen to my daily weighing.
So, 70 average for next week plan.
99.3kg (down from 100.2kg last week)
More normal weight loss after big drop the week before. Good week for exercise with 12 sessions but diet could have been better with a few treats and a couple of dodgy meals creeping in.

86.0 for me. Not surprised in the slight rise, lacking discipline the last few days.
