Been static last couple of weeks. Going for a big push in Feb. 7kg is the target. 2kg usually drops off fairly quick so will be just over 1kg a week then.

That will put me in the fat bastard category, and out of the really fucking fat bastard category.

Target weight to race ( max) in 2023… I guess not eating will do the trick, after two days in bed “ I’m forgetting “ to eat eat as I’m just not hungry” !
My diet is exercise generated probably most us function this way.

Had a huge meal now but I was really surprised by that.

I’m miles away from needing to be at race weight or anything, and i’m in a much better position coming out of Xmas than i expected. But this recent uptick in activity has done what it always does, and sent my metabolism into flippin meltdown. I cannot stop eating. All day i’m hungry.

Got in from my run last night. Had already had dinner, and it wasn’t long or far. But then ate 2 x muffins and a bowl of cereal. Just did a really easy run just now, beans on toast with loads of cheese. Still starving, so cuppa with 4 x chunky biscuits. An’d i am still flippin hungry and hunting the cupboards!

72.8kg (180cm) this morning.

Yeah this is where I’ve been since I’ve been regularly training 2 twice a day for the last 2 or 3 months. I wake up with my stomach grumbling and starving and I could keep eating until I go to bed in the evening! I’m debating getting some pro advice if I need to be eating more!
