114.8kg (down 1.3kg) , 110cm waist (down 2cm)
Took me one whole week to forget I’d changed my weigh-ins to Saturday instead of Monday, so I’ve admitted defeat and gone back to Mondays again.
104.4 & 33.5% on 4th Jan.
103.4 & 32.9% today.
I’m not convinced I’m going to be able to consistently hit 4/5 weights sessions per week with the puppy around so I think I’ll just try and watch what I eat, get to the gym when I can and see what comes of that rather then anything too specific in terms of fat loss or muscle gain.
100kg is a nice round number so maybe get to that then see about trying to put a bit of extra muscle on.
77.4kg at the start of the year and down to 76.1kgs today. Happy with that. Chipping away at the holiday lumber.

3 good gym sessions midweek but then busy weekend including son’s birthday so didn’t get down at all after that. Not too fussed, just doing what I can, when I can at the minute and trying not to get too obsessed with strict routines & missing days etc.

Moving in the right direction
Had a couple of really bad days last week, but pulled back at the end and still dropped a bit. Stomach has really shrunk.
113.7kg (down 1.1kg), 108cm waist (down 2).
Interestingly looking back at my stats, last time I weighed this amount my stomach was nearly 2cm bigger. Could be errors in measuring as its not that easy to get a consistent measure.
Bent over rows in the gym and Ivs got some veins popping un my arms and legs.
Still a fair amount of belly fat to shift but its all going to plan.
Er I have veins popping up my legs too. Varicose. This is in no way a good thing

5 weights session but no cardio other than averaging about 9k steps per day.
Diet still hit & miss, grabbing whatever I can as and when, rather than any concerted plan.
Odd one this week. Midweek I weighed myself and I was 112. Today 113, but stomach was 106.5 so still a small drop in weight week on week but a continued ~1/1.5cm drop in waist size. I was craving salty and sweet stuff yesterday and has some flavoured nuts and a bag of sweets so could be some retained water

113.0kg ( down 0.7kg), 106.5 waist (down 1.5). BF% from scales and callipers ~ 25% (not really been tracking this but it was about 29% I think when I started.
Ive decided my main target is waist size < half height which seems to be the current measurement of choice. That would be a waist (belly) of 98, so about 9cm to go.
Going to ignore the scales for a couple of weeks. Ive started on the Creatine which can up weight and Im hitting it hard with the strength training. As long as that belly keeps going down is the main thing

True, but if dont try youll never know.
No exercise all week and comfort eating after a stress my weekend, so pleased I’ve only gone up to 77.6kgs
Oh for fuck sake… I knew I should not have posted. Last 4 days all up. 7 day average up a bit for the first time in 5 weeks.
Its okay atm, just needs to not become a trend.
I knew I’d let myself go a little, but the scales showing an 83.7kg this morning was a bit of a wake up call.
Ultimate goal is 75kg, but 77kg would be fine…
Terrible week this week and was expecting disaster, but no change on these figures so thats good.

Trying to eat (and drink) a little less and exercise more.

Made it to the gym 3 times during the week but not at the weekend.
Weight & bodyfat creeping down with lean mass staying about the same, that’ll do for now.
