I’m assuming something may have been deleted? Or is Jeff finally being outed

Too late, you missed the AI review of 2025 :joy:

We had a very polite post from a bot. He’s been terminated.

Pretty close to ticking off all goals.

Really enjoyed my Swimruns - particularly the French one - & can see myself doing a few more next year.

Did that tri, but dropped down to the standard distance. Good decision as the middle might have been a lonely wet, muddy affair.

Still thinking about replacing roof, perhaps in ‘26.

Finally got a bit of hedge-laying volunteering done on Monday. 4 Rangers & half a dozen of us oldies tidied up a scrawny looking hedge bordering an old byway & field that will be used to corral some wild(ish) horses. Learned there’s more to it than would appear & got to play with saws & billhooks.

I’m more concerned what those vertical jumps are in early Dec (2019) early October (19 & 14) and early Sept (23). Looks like more than 24 hours in a day?

Could be a good strategy to get your 2025 numbers back on track, although not sure it is compatible with the latest guidelines on increasing training load.

Possibly forgot to delete dulpicated activities?

Ah yes how to improve your 2025 training hours:

No errors - 100 mile races! Handy for time based graphs! :joy:

Pink line
2019 - North Coast 110km - 14.5 hrs
2019 - Beacons Ultra (dnf at 90 odd miles) 29 hrs

Orange line (actually 24 not 14)
2024 - North Coast 110 - 28 hrs

Hard to see in the noise but there’s a couple in 2018 as well

Feb - Arc 100 - think that was 28.5hrs
Jun - Jurassic Coast 100 - 25.5hrs

Can’t say my load increase strategy has been ‘normal’ for years now. I’d have happily done a 12+ hr run before the end of the year had my stupid back not given up.

410W  and think I had 415-420W in me if I’d paced it better as I was still holding 450W at the finish.

Previous bests of 399 and 400W 2 and 5 years ago when I was 3kg lighter. Wouldn’t have anywhere close to the same 1-8 hour power as then though.

At first thought you were setting out your goals for 2026 there - felt you might be setting the bar a little low, not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Actually quite tempted to use that as a template for 2026, although I don’t really need a suit.

Tri-suit?
Swim-suit?
or suit suit?

Sure as eggs don’t need a swim suit

Not been in the wet stuff since Cots, outside of the bathroom

In my life ever… bloody triathlons.

Not doing anymore after 2026, triathlons that is.

Far too expensive these days and involes more water than one can drink.

Yupp. That’s the sole reason I stopped.
