I am at 172km, and Pool has been closed from 6 December to 6 January for annual cleaning and maintenance. No way I am doing 28km in next 2 weeks, even though I get access to school pool from Tomorrow
Still have 23km to run to hit 1609km (1000 miles)
Would like to do 475km more on the bike to get to 11,000km but that is probably a bit too much
I think I need 50m to get to 500m swimming, can’t see myself managing it.
How big is your bath? 30 laps of that?

I have a 5k race tonight with a warm up/cool down should bring this up to around 4495 I reckon. Then I am off skiing and planning to have a week off running (though I am taking gear just in case). No doubt I will try 5k somewhere though before the new year
I can only do breaststroke remember, and when I try that in my bath I just smash my knees.
It means you swam, biked and ran about the same distance as most people drive in a year

Pretty quiet year really, considering i pb’d a marathon and did my first tri in 5yrs. Most of my running was in a focused 4 month window leading up to that race though. I’ve been enjoying the cross training at F45 since then and i’m actually going to focus on that for the first 3 months of 2020, before i start properly thinking about this Snowdon Trail 50km thingy.
