I’ve got a few sub-£100 rapha and castelli ones, but wouldn’t want to cycle in them for ages - as they’re boil in the bag 
The Rapha one is decent (think I paid £45 from the old outlet in Bicester)
The Castelli Squadra is also good - £45 from Wiggle. Paper thin and Windproof.
Both fit in a rear jersey pocket 
I saw the Castelli one when I had a look earlier, but just skimmed it as they don’t generally suit my body shape. Will look more closely.
I’m quite hot blooded so don’t need anything lined or fancy.

I used to commute in Altura or BTwin, both were ace for that end
Get down to Evans near Waitrose and try the Castelli one on

Had to use it a few times on the Sean rides & it was waterproof, visible, not too sweaty, not too flappy & packs down really well. I think @gingerbongo has one as well, not sure how he rates it.
I also like the Endura FS260 bib-knickers, arm & knee-warmers I have.
I’ve got the Tourmalet jacket.
I only used it for commutes of 1 hr and it was really good. I run hot, so I just accept that I’ll be a bit hot and I only every wore it in the winter.

I have FS260 bib-longs and they’re good. The Galibier bib-longs are also good
I’m looking for something that I can wear for a day if needed so sounds like the Tempest will suit me better … although I will nip into Evans in the morning to have a play with what’s there.
I’ve thought on and off about replacing the jacket for 5-10 years but use it so infrequently that my inner scrooge always wins!

As a running jacket, that looks to have a lot of bells and whistles … it looks relatively heavy though and not sure it packs?
Weight and packability don’t get a mention so I presume Nike don’t see this as important? They are the most important factors to me.

All things being equal I’d go for the Galibier but a £20 saving for a piece of kit that I’m not going to use very often is too much to turn down

I rarely go to Waitrose as it’s so damn expensive but they’re the only place to stock Rocks organic squash these days and I like their mexican chicken and bean soup
I’ve got a Santini Nimbus that I really rate. It packs into its own pocket to stow away in a jersey pocket. It doesn’t seem to get too sweaty on the inside, but I don’t tend to wear a rain jacket in the summer unless the weather is really bad.
