11am boiled eggs and toast or oatso simple porridge, plus more sweet coffee
1pm roast chicken beetroot cous cous greek yoghurt,
5pm whey protein recovery drink and/or protein bar,
8pm hamburger, cheese, bacon, fries, and a large glass of Malbec

See above. Ive drawn the line several times and been ignored of course, I even find English mustard in there sometimes, but its when the peanut butter has been solidified from cold that really gets my goat though.
I‘ve been spoiled by her since she took on Hello Fresh and Gousto in the first lockdown, it is lush but I think the quality and variety is healthier too.
