Not had the email yet. Or it hasn’t filtered through my hotmail inbox. I requested wave 2 or 3 cos I’d be left for dead in the swim but wanted to avoid the subsequent run traffic which i had at 51fiver and as the waves are done by surname I was gonna be likely in 6.

No, no email. I went back into the last one we had (as I was reading up on stuff) and it said he’d publish the waves etc on a link provided in that email after a week or so. And that came out a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry. Trying to run a bath at the mo. That was terribly written!

Basically check the last email you got and find the link. :joy:

Not competing, but will probably be spectating (or marshaling)…so get your numbers up before the big day, if you haven’t already :grin:

Yep I shall be there. Having to run in the gym due to an iffy achilles so its very much a get myself around kinda day. But hey its a race :slight_smile:

In wave 4, didn’t bother to change this, and no 446 :slight_smile:

Ummm does gravel cycling 500km over 5 days round the South Coast count towards training?! Over 5000m climbing… As that was my long weekend just gone :joy:

I asked for 666 one year; it was my best time in the ClassicšŸ˜… 4:20 (old course)

Weather forecast is looking decent at the mo. Few days of light rain showers then drying up for the weekend. Nothing too heavy so hoping the path around the lake will be nice and dry. Light wind and not too hot on the day, though the earlier i can finish the better, as i’m not as good in the heat (i’d rather it was down in single figures).

#335 for me

Had that once before. Standard pun used

I wouldn’t bank on this. It has been dry for a couple of weeks but the paths are still muddy. Due a thunderstorm or 2 this weekend so definitely plan to have some grip on your shoes, even if full blown trail is overdoing it with the amount of tarmac over the lap.

Yeah, magic Nike shoes will probably struggle!

@buzz @Jorgan

:cry: Don’t say that. I’m banking on them for my speed :pensive:

Now you’ve got me worrying all week! haha. Its what i bought those expensive things for!

What, because you’ve got no speed without them :roll_eyes:

Sandbagging has started :joy:
