Cotswold Classic / 113

I’ve entered, and have been and still am training really hard.

Don’t let that worry you. My numbers still look like an arthritic octogenarian.

Entered but not thinking too much about it yet.

Trying to get a new job that will scupper all my training. Make life that little bit harder for myself.

The bag of sand must be slowing you down

I’m entered - got the mail out today about race info etc…

my heel has a long way to go … last week a setback from runnng two days in a row. It flared up badly at the weekend. Pretty fed up. Doubt Manchester marathon will be happening this year. Oh well. Hopefully by July things will be brighter

I have no interest in racing this, but love the idea of TT beers in the evening!

Without wishing to strike fear into anyone’s heart (:joy:), I look to be unable to fit the 113 in June into my busy schedule (ie I suddenly find myself on childcare duties), so am hoping to transfer into the Classic in July.

I’ll be sending Graham an email tomorrow, hopefully he’ll let me transfer the entry.

Are they not your support crew? Maybe Graham could employ them for the day in return for a free entry to the classic

Right, Graeme has kindly agreed to transfer me to the Classic in July.

I’m down for the Classic in July…is there camping on site?

Oh great a speed demon to give us all a hiding!

No. No on site camping. Some options around and about if you can be bothered to scroll through the thread from the start.

They do seem to let you park a camper in the car park (field) the night before which a few of us are doing. But no facilities.
