I thought you were now legend-dairy? And that you’ve milked your new employer for a nice creamy bonus?
You’d be an udder legend with this one ![]()

A bonus?
I thought you read the news. Ain’t no food companies doing well this year.
They seem to have some more available.

That’s Utterly nuts at that price ![]()
You could build a brand new bike for under a grand at that (Deda Level 1 finishing kit, a few Lifeline cables/components, Shimano RS11 wheels on crappy tyres)
Frame + fork from shop “seconds” - Ribble have a few for £600.
I was flicking over the channels on Sunday night and CountryBumpkin or something was on the BBC click…, click “…you can get over a pint of semen from them” click…, click…Wait, what? Click. So they were talking about breeding pigs, but it was still way before the watershed and my youngest was in the room.
Paging @Poet 25% Black Friday code from Rapha ![]()
This isn’t a deal, quite the opposite but i thought it worth sharing:
Me: When are you guys going to stop charging €50 for delivery?
Them: We apologize for the inconvenience. However, the delivery fees are determined based on cost estimates which take into account the entirety of our global operation. These prices are fixed, due to the varying costs of providing services across multiple borders, which helps alleviates some costs for deliveries elsewhere. Unfortunately, in order to operate a functional commerce store, our prices must also reflect the increased cost of shipping in order to cover these costs.
If you sing up for our merch newsletter, you will ger 10% off your online purchase**,**

I’m gargling water and prepping my song, soon ‘ger 10%’ will be mine!,
At least they admit the prices are fixed ![]()
Wait, do their global customers subsidise the costs of their customers in Fiji, Svalbard and Madagascar? What an odd model. I’m certainly expected to pay more for deliveries to the Highlands by many small UK suppliers. Ger outta here.
Mrs FB is in the market for a new exercise watch. She’s been having issues with her Garmin (and a previous Garmin) so has kind of gone off the idea of another Garmin.
She’s not after a top of the range one - something simple that will do GPS tracking and routes and HR and not interested in all the fancy guff like sleep monitoring. She also has small wrists so doesn’t want to wear a plate sized unit as some seem to be.
Any suggestions? Quite like the look of some of the Fitbit Versa watches and she has an Android phone which might help here.
With Black Friday deals coming up it seems like a good time to buy. Maybe up to £200 tops.
Coros Pace 2 Molly looks nice and not too big?
not come across Coros before - looks interesting although Molly version is just basically a tartier version of the standard 2 for £50 more.
battery life looks good and it has everything needed.
wil do a compare versus Fitbit
Ah I see, I thought the Molly version might be a bit smaller (female specific).
Apple Watch SE
won’t be a choice - she uses Android. I have an Apple Watch 6 and like it a lot but then I’m also a committed iOS user. I know I could pair another Apple watch to my phone but that’s not a good way forward.

SIS 50% Discount EARLY50
Don’t think you need an iOS phone, probably pair it to a PC with iTunes installed or something
EDIT
No, looks like you’re right. Without an iPhone is a PITA.
Is anyone in the market for pedals of power?
Favero have some good Black Friday prices.
No deals on the headphones that i wanted, so i went cashbacking a la @itom150 (can’t believe you have nearly £5k in your Quidco - i was quite happy with mine at £750!
)
6% discount for the value of a voucher at work benefit scheme. Then £25 cashback if you spend over £100 with Currys on Quidco. Then cashback discount of a couple of pecent on top for Curry’s via Quidco.
So got close to 20% off a pretty new product, hence no deals as i think Sennheiser are price protecting them.
Perfect!
