Tan walls are an extra £15 when you select the option :sob::sob::sob:

tbh, even being paid 15 quid a tyre isn’t enough for me to ride with tan walls, and I am normally the complete opposite of being a snob of what I ride!

Unless you must have the GRIPTON compound.

Yeah - the black ones are £35, that’s £50

So an extra £15 :woman_shrugging:t4:

Unless I’m missing something.

Also, all of this is moot.

I just cannot put Specialized tyres onto a BMC bike. I just can’t even contemplate it.

It would be akin to wearing Bontrager kit when not riding a Trek. Or wearing Ineos kit when not part of the team :+1:t3::white_check_mark:

How do you feel about wearing kit from a long defunct team?

So long as it’s Festina, or USPS then that’s fine.
But you can’t wear a helmet or be on a modern bike.
Has to be 100% era appropriate.

So I still seek out Cinelli kit from Garmin Sharp as I like the look of it, so I guess I have failed you.

Time saving, innit. :+1:t3:

What was I gonna do?
Get dressed, walk 15mins there, 15mins home, get undressed, into my run kit, run, get dressed again, then go pick them up?

That’s at least an hour of “dead” time there.

Can tell you live alone :joy::wink::kissing_heart:

Time efficient :+1: Having reread the years old KQ thread where you debate how anyone can train high hours with how long it takes to get ready for sessions I’m glad to see you’re consistent

Alphaflys all day? You can sprint to the the dishwasher can’t you? The toilet?

At least 2hrs free interval training there per day.

All for time efficiency! TBF I thought you’d just gone dog walking not actually ran back.

Ha ha I don’t live alone but I am single…

Having decided to pack light for the London marathon the other year, I could already tell by the time I was stood at the local train station waiting for the train to London, that I’d made a mistake by wearing my Alphaflys for the whole weekend. Walking in them was not comfortable.

I’ve put an extra pair of innersoles in them to sort the arch issue and running in them is fine.

Yeah they are weird. I’m thinking of taking spare shoes if I run up town in super shoes…means I have to carry them though obvs.

Looking around for whoever picked up Keller Sports stock when they went under - no luck yet but Sports Direct have Wildhorse 7s at £55 size 9.5 and 10.

Also a few sizes for Vomero and Miler 2s at under £60.
