Where did you ride and run in Bilbao?
The run course was from the Martime Museum past the Guggenheim underneath the Maman Spider to the Paseo Arenal and back x2 the bike course was the basically the hill used in final descent of Stage 5 of the Vuelta this year. 3.8% for 5 miles x2
