End of WiggleCRC?

But that’s how it should be with expensive stuff. I’m on my third set of Boas, but heel lugs okay as I mainly Zwift in them these days.

The time I spend in ‘nice’ casual clothes vs tracksuits and gym stuff there has been little point in me buying nice new stuff the last few years!

I get told off if I’m in my tracksuit all of the time :joy::face_with_peeking_eye:

Nobody at work can tell, I’ve usually got a nice crew neck or hoody on (Folk, Palace, Carhartt etc)

Although I did see four pairs of Common Projects shoes I never wear now the other day. Just hiding at the back of the wardrobe. :money_with_wings:

I thought tracksuits were the preserve of people who only ever did physical exercise when running from the Police.

ahem :joy:

Are wiggle OK to buy from at the moment? They have some 10spd chains at decent price, might stock up as 10spd getting rare.

Apparently you can run an 11 speed chain on a 10 speed bike & an 11 speed chain is likley better too as the manufacturing tech for 10 speed is unchanged since 11 speed.

Yes 11 speed chain will run fine on 10 speed.

But also Wiggle are absolutely fine to buy from at the moment in my experience

Any experienced TT folk have good tips for not getting murdered when the wife finds these?

I know there are risks with the Prime stuff in terms of future spares given what’s going on but I’ve been hovering over these for a long time as an upgrade and they dropped to £299. For my ability and finances didn’t feel I could pass up the chance.

And they are guaranteed to take 45mins off my cycle time at Lakesman in the summer right?

What’s the best/safest way of storing them over winter? I bought a case as well so just in that well wrapped in the garage off the ground?

Planet X do good deals on double wheel bags

ENVE stickers are avaliable on eBay. :sunglasses:

Nice move, I have had a set in my basket for about a week.

I bought stuff from Wiggle yesterday, CRC password didn’t work and the password reset email never arrived.

105 cassette for £40 was surprisingly cheap.

Really, my main need was for brake pads and new front mech for the winter bike. Both cheaper here than elsewhere, for probably the first time that I can remember

I just store them in the top of my bedroom closet…

But yes, store 'em anywhere, they’re pretty robust… we actually have other wheel bags elsewhere in the house, tbh I really should get rid of some as I never use anything but the cheap wheels these days.

Are those 50s or 56s?

Daft not to at that price.

This is what’s happening to me. So I’ve just given up. Only so many chances I can give them.

My parents didn’t believe that about that pack of cigarettes when I was 14 :frowning:

50s as I just have rim brakes.

The mechanic sent me links to the correct front mech and brake pads for CRC, that’s why I tried there first.
Prices the same on Wiggle if you’ve not tried both?
