I can average 19.8 - 20.8 mph over 60 miles, lets call it 56mi on a road bike, Canyon Ultimate, what would be reasonable on a 2016-2018 TT bike, P3, Shiv, Giant Trinity Pro 2?

Gotta learn to ride it… my balance is shit.
It took me from 2009 to 2018 to be able to ride a road bike with cleats and take a jersey off (both hands off). It isstill sketchy so both hands of bar is minimal and not worth the risk.
Anyway, even if in and out of position there has to be an advantage, unanswerable but what might be realistic

I don’t think I’ve ever attempted to take my jersey off while riding - why the bloody hell would you want to do that?
You will get a bit of free speed with a tt over a road bike. Like you say, have to learn to sit in the aero position.

Ask Chris Froome, even the pros get it wrong. Will never try or do it again… totally stupid. Did once just to see if I could. Very risky.
