I thought the overhead carry was “ok”, easier than some other stations, but as station #11 after a lot of overhead work already might think different. Think it’ll be forearms rather than shoulders that take the brunt there.

Yes people have “ boasted “ they can do 100 m lunges unbroken ( 20 kilo bag) (not sure if dumbbells are harder or easier ? Probably harder thinking about it ?!) in 3 mins or so from fresh then fell to pieces in the event with multiple stops, similar for farmers and burpee jumps.

Sounds fun.
