IMNZ and Skipper

It was laughably bad, wasn’t it!

Always annoys me too that the tracker only shows top 10 pros… and for anyone outside the top 10 you need to look at them individually to see where they are at… why on earth do that?.. they show more than top 10 in all AG categories…

Even my wife commented on that, and she has no knowledge or interest in triathlon!

Watched the whole swim, someone gets out and there feed dies! Duuuh!

Skipper up 4 places into 9th?

Yep, and should be a handful more places better at next checkpoint in a few mins… he’s flying!

Up to 7th and pulled back 2 mins of his 6 min deficit after 46km

That 5 spoke wheel is freaking me out

Cam brown and Koutny the only ones who can keep up with Skipper. He’s going about 1km/h faster than the leaders. Enough to catch up by T2?

Maybe… I suspect he’ll still be a min or two behind… but remember he ran a 2:39 at Florida off a big bike leg… the others will need their A game on!

Commentators just tipped Skipper for the win, hope that’s not kiss of death :crossed_fingers:

Looks like he’ll pass McNiece and Phillips imo, not sure about the top 3.

Spoke to soon, Coutney and Skipper passed mcniece and Phillips at the 111km point.

I reckon they might catch the leaders at that rate

Yup… I take my previous comments back… it looks like it’ll be Koutny and Skipper first into T2

Wow that’s impressive. Koutny went well last Kona as well didn’t he?

Oh god. Is Mike Phillips riding a Ventum. Are the commentators (and director) completely fawning all over him?

Yep. Him and koutny put over 20secs into Philips already. Biking very well!

Adams is going full beast mode as well!
