Still quite tempted to pop over and support for a long weekend… have enough credit with an accommodation 2 mins from the start line for 4 night, and enough credit with EasyJet for the flights, so wouldn’t cost a fortune (other than a fortune on Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daquiri’s in Ruta 66)

Its a great race, Id love to do it next year again. Dont think its possible though.
It’s always been one I’ve somewhat fancied having ridden there a fair bit. Maybe I’ll see how Wales goes as a hard IM bike course, and then make a call. Winter long bike training is probably the biggest off-putting part.

That’s definitely a challenge - although, with the amount I’ve done on the turbo this year hopefully would be less of one. No getting out dark/cold early year running though
