Lokking at tracker everyone swam slower than expected.

The chap I was also tracking has got out the water in 2:21. 
Seems odd if 1:06 for Poet is 6th fastest swim in one of the biggest AGs.

Did he make the cut off?
Not sure. I don’t know how strict they would be. He’s a good cyclist so he’d probably be able to stay ahead of the cutoffs on the bike if he’s allowed through.

Apart from one there all 5-15 mins slower.
Slow day ?! Not sure that applys to the swim?!
He’s been in transition for 30 mins so either something’s happened or he’s been DQ.
Poet back in the game it seems 25kph to 51km, which looks like a slower section…

Yeah, that looks like expected speed, so could well have been a puncture or mechanical, or the grapes.

Yeah, that split is about the same ballpark as Sid and my club mate. A definite issue in the first section. He’s on tubs right? That’s probably a concern if he’s already used his spare
Pretty certain he was packing a spare in his special needs bag.
And with the lapped format he’ll have access to that 3 times?
