Goodo - motivation enough
Such disappointment especially as it looked like it might get the green light with some restrictions being lifted.
We find a way to do this shit, day in day out, week in week out and year in year out, dark cold winter mornings and baking hot summer days grabbing training time in between work and family duties. Somehow we get ourselves on the start line and challenge ourselves to complete or compete …….we lay it on the line. Everybody has a different ‘why’ everybody has different challenges but we keep on finding a way. So if it’s Wales 22, a 70.3, tinpot Tri or Parkrun that is your goal, reset re plan and set your alarm because this is what you do!

They could offer credit instead of deferrals in order to bring in more revenue.
