we had to get swim safety to put more craft after the final turn to the beach to help steer you correctly as you lot were being pushed very hard towards Beachy Head

I was targeting a 4hr run split, coz hey why not, and was relishing the heat (Lanza comes to Blighty), but I could only manage 4h27 FGS, despite finally find some mojo and finishing the last loop with a real flourish.
Was also targeting sub 4…soon realised that ain’t happening!
