How do you carry gels in a race? fuel belt or just in hand?
I’ve got a race number belt which has maybe 3 gel loops on but I don’t have a standalone fuel belt

I’m also someone who runs with headphones ALL of the time. I find it helps and motivates and lifts me in those darker moments. No idea why she has a hydro vest on! @Jgav I think you might want to carry some gels. I checked yesterday, only 4 on course points at Manchester, unless I suppose you grab a couple at each point I suppose.
