What’s contemptible about it? It succinctly highlights both the absurdity of the restrictions and that they are at least as much about money as public health.

Yeah I don’t think I will be doing the AoA recce, even if it is on (which I doubt). 16 people in a community ctr for two nights exceeds my risk threshold.
I’ve just read Manchester have delayed their marathon until October 21 instead of April.
I think there’ll be a lot more yet.
Wouldn’t plan on many big events in spring.

Yeah, I’m feeling the same is likely to happen with Boston.
Yes, I can’t see it happening until September onwards. I’m sure they will try and run it at some point though. But I might give it a miss next year depending on timing.

What re you saying, I used to live in South Bank would spend weekends in the Raglan in town Drinking Guinness, running up Roseberry top (I think maybe Eston Nab) or on the beach at Redcar inhaling the yellow fumes from the ICI factory. Crumbs that was a long long time ago

I just mailed Mud Crew and told them to keep my £20 deposit for the AoA recce. If it helps them out a bit to survive, I don’t mind.
