Outlaw 2019 was an Aquathon; with a nice rest before the run
Mind you, you do have a habit of getting race fit very quickly; enjoy it whilst it lasts!
Let’s see how the lead-in goes.

It’s the EPO and HGH ![]()
I ran a 3:10 marathon in December!
I think @Poet has an advantage with his swim and getting out of T1 - I’ll hunt him down on the bike. Ten minutes seems too generous though!
We could end up having a decent race on the run
Yeah - I hope it is!
@jorgan thinking outlaw was an aquathlon

It was DEFINITELY a triathlon;
Swim
Stand around freezing
Swim again
Just think, after IMUK, you’ll be able to get a calf tattoo
The same @Adam who beasted Helvellyn including a decent fell run for someone from the flatlands
@Poet needs less chat and more training
We can start a book going
Seems to be a lot of other races delaying from spring to late in year, but more confident of the races going ahead.
There’s going to be some burnt out people in October!
I don’t need to train.
Ran a 1:20:41 HM off a mere 25km per week running ![]()
4:27 (?) at 113 of 7hrs per week.
Training is over rated.
Oohh I love posts like this.
I used to be able to touch my toes as well!
Just you wait until you hit 40 - then you’ll be in trouble
Or 50 and his body disintegrates
Brewdog won’t help him then!
I’d almost be tempted to travel to Staffs for this epic showdown.
Wait until you’re 55, you won’t be able to see your toes, let alone touch them.
I keep telling him; 44 felt like a tipping point for me, especially my swimming.
I can’t help but feel like I’m going to become an entry in @Poet spreadsheet

CRUSH ADAM LIKE A GRAPE

That’s it - you’re in his head
wait until you’re in your 60s - then every slight movement comes with a groan.
and you sit down to put your socks on.
and your pants.
