I ran a 3:10 marathon in December!

I think @Poet has an advantage with his swim and getting out of T1 - I’ll hunt him down on the bike. Ten minutes seems too generous though!

We could end up having a decent race on the run :blush:

Seems to be a lot of other races delaying from spring to late in year, but more confident of the races going ahead.

There’s going to be some burnt out people in October!

I don’t need to train.
Ran a 1:20:41 HM off a mere 25km per week running :rofl:
4:27 (?) at 113 of 7hrs per week.

Training is over rated.
