Most Overrated Piece of Training Equipment

That’s where I will admit I’m probably not truly representative. I only pay $10pm and will do forever (well as long as Nate is there), which changes the cost-benefit assessment. I didn’t realise it had gone up from the $19.99, they originally upped it to

perhaps, but a good coach will make recommendations and, as the trust develops, the athlete will accept any guidance…

Is that like the old Vasa swim trainer?

Its literally a pump up cushion and two stretch cords you connect to a door  apparently 15mins a day and you turn into a front pack triathlete without wasting time swimming

That seems like good value, lucky you

C’mon, are you saying you don’t have to have ever done a thing to be an expert on it? This site tells me otherwise. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Triq were talking about four figure annual subs at one point iirc. Looks like their ai product still hasn’t launched.

Whats coach subs like? Few hundred per month?

online for me £150, maybe a deal for a youngster or someone I feel I want to help (coached a nurse for a token fee and a couple of U18’s)

definitely overrated though

We’ve done my views on the current AI coaching apps out there, and they aren’t very “intelligent” artificially or otherwise. If they cost more than a tenner a month then certainly not worth it unless they offer something else (like TR).

What about OAP rates?

HA.

I did edit my post but got an error.

It was along the lines of… didn’t you double your charges for Joe?

Seem to remember a bit of light banter.
