Hmm, tempting, but I think I’ll take the carbon-plate shoe that costs about £150 less that you can wear for normal training without worrying about wearing it out

The beauty of owning Vaporfly 4% is that i can now use my previous 'still kept in the box racers’ Adios boost for interval training. 6x1k last night, speed is returning… i’ll Try and build up an idea of pace before I do a comparable session in the Vaporfly.
In other news… after alerting all the Essex based Metal detecting clubs via t’internet… and 9 days washing around in the Thames estuary (the ring, not me)… my wedding ring has been returned to me!!!
Very happy to have it back and seriously had to twist the guys arms to accept any kind of thank you from me. There’s hope for humanity yet…

Hopefully that anything ends up with a 77 minute half marathon (ideally 75, but I like wine and beer too much for that)
