I use the Zoom Fly 3 as my general training shoe as it is does have less bounce compared to the Next or Alphas. I like that as it feels like I am trading up on race or speed days. If I can run a decent pace in the ZF3s then the pace is will be awesome in the bouncy shoes

25% members code currently works on one colourway of the Zoom Tempo NEXT%, so I have given them a go. Stimulus to check was an additional £5 fixed cashback from Quidco that applies to Nike orders above £50 for today only. So with that cashback, that should be getting them for about £112. So a massive chunk off the £170 RRP.
The colourway is not the one I’d choose, but I don’t look at my feet when I’m actually running!

you don’t get the cashback for a good few weeks normally. The supplier ‘confirms’ it initially, then once again when the fixed period has passed (differs by retailer)
They are super bouncy! No good for slow running IMO. I have the same size across all the Nike running shoes. Even the womens ones (of the same size) fit fine, which I’ve done before when others are out of stock or in even more disgusting garish colours that appeal to me! ha ha.
Nike won’t pay quidco till after the returns period has expired I expect. These thing usually take a while to come through.
Which garish colour are you getting it to work for? The ones I could find were a white/black type mix. I’d have rather had the more garish colourful ones!

I had £134 refund from Nuffield on Friday, as I realised despite having frozen my membership, they’d taken the direct debit on certain months. I complained and got the money back. So I’m going with that, but then I also used the known refund that was due to justify the turbo purchase last week as well

I’m wondering whether actually accruing some savings may be more sensible for a guy in his mid (late) 30s than splashing on pointless daps! 
I can get Tempo and ZF3 in my size, so could order both and justify it by obviously sending 1 pair back
