Strava tells me I’ve hit 807km in my Alphaflys (503 miles).
Still bouncy and performing well. I’m not racing in them , just doing intervals and long runs in them. I should probably post some pictures, maybe when I hit 1000km.
Best shoes I’ve had, last forever compared to my usual adrenalines.

Some 90kg 190cm bloke toeing the start line is size 13 pink shoes. All of the other runners being 170cm 65kg whippets, thinking “who’s this guy?”
“This guy” then smokes them all

I was 95kg and 196cm at my best, I had a pair of size 13 gold shoes. Was at Parkrun and overheard someone say, you have to be a proper runner to get away with gold shoes.

ive got the white viper ones that ordered on Wednesday from Pro Direct but they still don’t appear to be shipped so guessing won’t be here for Lincoln 10k on Sunday:(

First outing in the VF2’s. Managed 39 minutes which I was pleased with.
Certainly been training harder, but the shoes do make a difference.

VF3 turned up yesterday, 10k Pb today. By a whole 6 seconds….
My thoughts, slightly more accommodating fit, pretty much exactly the same speed underfoot. But either VF2 or VF3 on whatever you can get the best deal on. My VF3’s are 10g lighter though (UK13) so will likely become my save for best race shoes.
