Nike Zoom Fly/Vaporfly 4 and NEXT% - The Thread

£135 for Mens Vaporfly 2 Running Shoes (Coconut Milk/Cave Purple/Ghost Green) on SportsPursuit. Nearly all sizes at time of writing. Is that a good deal? I’m all set for runners but do like to spot a bargain.

Yes! Get in

thankyou… pair on order :+1:

Have been looking for a deal, loved my old pair of vaporflys even more than the alphas. But they are literally falling to bits. Can give them a decent burial now.

You have bought a pair this time, haven’t you :thinking::joy:

After a very premature air pod pop on my recent pair of Next% Tempos (must less than 100km) It also happened on early into my holiday which was super annoying. I even almost brought my VP2 incase it happened :roll_eyes: Previous pair maybe lasted 250! I’m changing brand for my regular training shoes. So have some Adios Pro3 and Puma Deviate Elites 2 in the post to try out. Start Fitness have some good deals with 10% off first purchase too. Zero Nike stuff on their site though.

Alphafly 3 Protos ordered. £100 gift voucher from work for being the most active in the office ( not difficult when 50% are developers) and £20 promo code brought the shoes to a justifiable cost.

Funny 9am that :face_with_symbols_over_mouth::sob:

Bar stewards!!!
I’ve obviously misread 8am as 9am :sob::sob::sob:

Oh well, that’s £285 saved.
I was looking to get them, run 485km in them this month, then complain they were knackered after a month :joy::joy::joy:

Pumas are a win for me and will be staying. Much more stable underfoot than the usuals from Nike so will make a good Hyrox/METCON and regular running shoe. Yet to try the Adios’. There is life outside of Nike :joy:

They have some pop and really good grip too. I wore them for Hyrox

My pegs are about up for renewal and I’ve been toying with replacing them outside the Nike family too!

Have liked NB in the past, just had issues with durability.

Biggest worry for me is still my stupid wide midfoot. How do the Pumas feel?
