The ZF FKs on Sweatshop are the ones Nike were selling for £95 (I liked the cream and brown colour)
I can’t see the blue and white ones we all got for £55?
I’m reckoning that was a stock clearance - freeing up warehouse space???
Same with the 4% and the old ZF FKs going to retailers; free up warehouse space for the new models.
The Zoom Flys now have Vaporweave. And are £139.99, plus any Nike discount.
True, they’re slightly different colours. But as you say, Nike were selling the whole raft of colours at £95 at under, and then suddenly with the release of the ZF 3, they cease selling all colours of the ZF FK and they now appear on other websites at £140. But who’d buy them at that price when you can get the ZF3 direct from Nike, with all their return perks, for the same price?
So much for panic buying some used one’s off fleabay. Although for £65, when they were in decent nick, I cant really complain.
That said, if I do a winter marathon, I’ll probably try and get some NEXT% and hope there’s a more generic discount code available that works on them between now and December. I’d be optimistic, as there would probably be something around the time of Black Friday.
Still getting my head around this; you can buy 4 pairs of shoes (say size 10.5 and 11 in the Next and the 4%) with a value of £850; run them into ground for 30 days, and return them and start again??
You could work your way through their entire range
Ironically if you did that and then wrote detailed reviews on the shoes you might find that instead of censure Nike start giving you additional gift vouchers !
Zoom Fly Flyknit £50 at Nike Outlet. Tempted having missed the app sell off. Only a bland grey though, and I’m sure I’d probably find something similar in 6 months time when I actually need a replacement. Lots of zoom pegasus 34 for £49 which have suited me well as a training shoe this year.
One loose pair of 4% on the back wall, for £156, again adding to confusion over Nike current marketing strategy.
